❣️Booking Policies:

 

Cancel & reschedule policy:

 

If you have a standing appointment, I ask that you give myself and other clients the courtesy of rescheduling at least 1 week in advance or sooner if possible. If our appointment is approaching and you feel unsure or like you want to wait, please reach out as soon as possible.

 

Last minute cancellations will not be tolerated. You will be asked to pay 100% of the service and also asked to pay a new deposit when booking.

 

No call/ No shows or failure to pay for previous cancellations will result in a permanent ban from booking.

 

Deposit Policy:

 

When you book with me, you agree to understand and abide by my deposit policy.

Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances. Deposits are only valid for the appointment day and time you book for. If you cancel or reschedule last minute, your deposit becomes void and you will be asked to pay a new deposit upon booking.

 

 

Late Policy:

I do not have a late fee if you show up late, however I only allow a 15 minute grace period of waiting before we need to reschedule. Please plan for traffic and searching for parking.

 

Sometimes I am running late or running behind on appointments. I will always give you the courtesy of letting you know that I’m running behind and will do my best to accommodate you in a timely manner to stay on schedule.

 

 

 

How to come to your appointment:

 

It is recommended to come to your appointment with clean, dry hair and no products in it. No buns, claw clips, pony tails, braids, etc.

If you are scheduled for a longer service, please bring any snacks, laptops, electronics, medications, etc. that you will need. We have Wi-Fi and drinks.

 

Please do not book on a day you have an important event or work as I cannot promise a set finish time for any longer services. If you are in a rush or need to be out by a certain time, you may be asked to reschedule to a time that better fits your schedule.
